Flag the profiles you wish to move, then Collections --> Flagged --> Move To and select the category to move to.

If you are asking about Pending Additions in the Add DVD dialog, just click on the Add Now button on the bottom of the screen. This will add all of the pending items to your collection.

The missing text on the buttons might be this in Support:
Floating Point Error, or missing text on buttons.
You're experiencing either a floating point error at program startup, AND/OR missing text on some or all of the buttons in DVD Profiler.
Answer:
This is usually caused by a missing or corrupted Tahoma font. The Tahoma font is a standard Windows font that is installed by default on all versions of Windows from 95 and up.
You can download the tahoma font here. Download and open the file to install it. Alternatively, open the Fonts section of the Windows Control Panel and install it via that interface.
This error can also be caused by a corrupted online profile list file. To correct this, from DVD Profiler's main menu, select Online->Refresh Online Profile List while holding CTRL.

The onlinelist.dod id not your collection, it is a list of profiles available online. If you do not have a (recent) backup of your database, the only option is to download it with Sync
Just be sure to click the download option.

Read the contribution rules -
"Sets containing the same film on multiple media types (such as a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack) are to be entered as a normal profile for the main media type (Blu-ray in this example), with all included media types checked. A combo which includes HD media (HD-DVD, Blu-ray) as well as DVD should use the details from the HD media in the main profile. However, you may add an additional profile by Disc ID for the DVD content and add this profile to the Box Set contents for the Blu-ray profile."
Use the info from the highest resolution media.

The disc menu
The player's Audio Track selection button
