The server issues in Feb 2024 and subsequent server migration left numerous profiles in this state.
On your computer, if you attempt to view contributors, for those profiles you will receive the same thing.

After almost seven years you are still thinking Microsoft will change this back - not happening! Like many other changes users have disagreed with "This is a feature, not an error."
The rules tell you how to obtain the disc-id. :
"Disc IDs
Add disc information for each disc using a DVD-ROM drive."

Here is the text of the no vote "the first release covers are the ones that are correct if released with different covers are reissued then those should be alternate ID". Since the covers you are submitting are of a re-release and as such you should create an alternate version to submit.

You don't need to read the disc again, just use the Create Version under Change UPC, making sure to select retain current version. See image below for an example.
